Not my average recipe post but who doesn't love a good B.L.T recipe to end their week!
My secret to the perfect B.L.T are fresh veggies and thick cut bacon.
Bacon, egg, spinach and tomato sandwich
3 tbsp egg whites
2 thick cut slices of bacon
1/3 cup spinach
2 slices of your choice of bread
Cook bacon on 400 degrees for 20 mins or until achieved preferred crispiness.
Fry egg with egg whites until cooked to your liking.
Toast bread, slice tomato and wash spinach.
Assemble sandwich and enjoy!
