It’s recipe Thursday and it’s time to share one of my favorite chicken salad recipes. I’ve never been a fan of chicken salad growing up and it wasn’t until I started ordering from Territory (a local meal prep service) that I found a chicken salad that I absolutely loved. I found myself ordering this meal weekly, but it seemed so easy to make so I put together my own recipe to make at home. Tangine Chicken Salad
1.3lbs Shredded Rotisserie Chicken (I use leftover rotisserie chicken)
4-6 Tablespoon Avocado Mayo (use to your desire)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp curry powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp paprika
½ onion powder
4-8 medjool dates, chopped
½ chopped red onion
1.) First, I use leftover rotisserie chicken, but feel free to prepare your own. Shred rotisserie chicken in put in a medium size bowl.
2.) In a small bowl combine all dry spices. Once combined add spices to chicken. Then stir in mayo, onions and dates until fully combined with chicken.
3.) Add to your favorite mixed green and enjoy!
