Coconut Whipped Cream

Team coffee or tea? I love both but lately I’ve been experimenting with what to add to my normal black coffee in the AM. Even though I will always be #teamblackcoffee I added some homemade coconut whipped cream to the mix and it’s got me rethinking my ways...Check the recipe below to mix up your black coffee routine!


Coconut Whipped Cream

1 Can Coconut Cream

2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar


1.) Place can of coconut cream in refrigerator

2.) Once coconut cream has been in the refrigerator for 24hrs separate coconut water from cream. Enjoy the coconut water in a smoothie or on its own separately!

3.) Put coconut cream and powdered sugar in stand mixer and whip for 5-10mins on med high until small peaks form.

4.) Place in a small container to store in the refrigerator. Add 1-2 tbsp to your coffee throughout the week and enjoy!
