Crockpot Buffalo Chicken w/ Cauliflower Rice & Green Beans Meal Prep
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken: 4 large chicken breast, Franks Red Hot Sauce, Ranch Seasoning. Combine Ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Shredded chicken with a fork.
Frozen Cauliflower rice: Mix with corn or peas with salt & pepper.
Frozen Green Beans: Cook for 10-15 min to heat up.
Weigh and measure food to desired portions.
