Anybody else been quarantine cooking?
I definitely have my moments where I want to get in the kitchen and create and days with absolutely no motivation to get cooking.
Luckily, when that motivation to create hits I walk out with 2-3 recipes to share with all of you!
Here is a simple and easy buffalo chicken dip that takes no time to prepare and is loaded with protein. Perfect quarantine snack or quick dinner to enjoy with a side of cucumbers or some homemade tortilla chips!
Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 Cans - 12.5oz Chicken Breast (canned)
⅓ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Avocado Mayonnaise (any mayo works)
1oz Pepper Jack Cheese - Shredded
½ oz Sharp Cheddar - Shredded
1 Onion - Chopped
5 Tsp Original Franks Hot Sauce
1.)Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.)Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
3.)Place ingredients in 9x 9 oven safe baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins or until golden brown on top.
4.) Let cool and enjoy with a side of cucumbers or tortilla chips!
