Good Fat vs. Bad Fat

When it comes to the fats/oils we consume, there should be next to no tolerance for the ones on the right... ❌⁠


As a general rule of thumb, avoid industrialized man-made fats/oils. The oils on the left are safe to cook with, add to meals or find in packaged products, where as the ones on the right should be avoided. Check your products for which oils are

lingering in the ingredients, it may be time to clean out your pan
