Pan Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
-White Potatoes (I like the small ones)
-2 tbsp Avocado Oil
-Salt & Pepper
-1 tbsp Rosemary
- ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
-Preheat oven to 400°F. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss potatoes with avocado oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
-Roast for 25 minutes, stir, and continue to cook for 20 more minutes or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
-Serve or pack way for weekly meal prep!
