Do you have trouble deciding what to prep for breakfast during the week? Give these overnight protein oats a try for a delicious treat that can be changed up regularly.
Protein Overnight Oats
1 Scoop Whey Protein - Snickerdoodle
⅓ Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Almond Milk
170g Plain Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
120g Frozen berries
1 tsp cinnamon
1.) Pour oats, protein, cinnamon and almond milk into a mason jar or container with a lid. Mix until combined.
2.) Top with Greek yogurt and frozen berries.
3.) Place in the refrigerator and let sit overnight. Mix up and enjoy the next morning for Breakfast.
Servings Size 1 - 47g Protein, 42g Carbs, 5g Fat
Change out the berries for a banana or add peanut butter/peanut butter powder for a different flavor. There are also tons of different protein powders to explore flavors with as well. If you're not a fan of protein powders take it out! Sometimes I replace the protein powder with collagen so I get some protein without the added flavor and texture!
